I made a ton of progress on my new one today.  Haven't even touched it until today, just had an idea of what I wanted as an end result.  After a bit of brainstorming I just grabbed the closest power tools and started cutting stuff.  So far everything has just fallen together and stuff is working out on the first try.     Hope it keeps up.  This thing's gonna be frickin' awesome if I can pull it off.

Made good progress on the valve cover today.. Not sure if I'll have it there in race form, but it will be there to show off at least!

got front wheels for it.  now I need to figure something out for the rears.. may have to drill holes in it "temporarily"..  eek

wont be painted I've decided, because if I painted it, I'd have to strip it down again.. Air compressor broke down @ the ranch this weekend, so I couldn't finish. its basically there though

Also.. Trophy has been created and is all set to go. Question: Do we have access to a scale?


Thinking ahead for future races, if this catches on big time (w/ the public).. Would it make sense to have weight classes?

Got my beast 95% wrapped up tonight.  Also had to throw one together for the woman quick-like, so that cut into my "fine" tuning time. 

Mine rolls, but it ain't pretty...
