good shape? Only thing I know is seeing the surface rust, make sure the bearings are good, I've heard horror stories of bearings going

Its off my fathers Cummins lol he rebuilt it from ground up and went to a turbonetics and that's his old one worked perfect hopefully it spools at a decent rpm

Nice!!! Can you tune a turbo? If it doesn't spool at what you want. Can you just replace the fan thinger? (technical term... )
