It's pretty wild how something so simple can make such a difference.  The sun visor will look awesome on there.

Hmmmmm well ive noticed on older tires the whites go in pretty far, ive been using new tires lately and the white stops about that 1/2 an inch away. All i did was take an electric grinder and make light passes from side to side on the inside.. then go back and do the outside. Total time doing one tire is maybe 15-20 minutes. The reason for the light passes is to keep the grinder from diggin in too far and makin bumps. But after the whole whites are ground.. i took the DA after it with some 80 grit sandpaper and smoothed it out. Wash em off and good to go! Ive had people say they cant tell they were home made ones.. haha i love it.

Good luck!

well i did them on the truck and, i think made it easyer? only cuz i could sit and drink beer and spin the wheeel.  used a 5'' air grinder with 36 grit and DA w/ 80 then 220 turned out great! cleaned the white up with wax and grease remover and only took just about an hour. thanks for the tips. can wait to burn them off and do it again!!

the odder the better. they are a little bigger too. no more 3000 ant 55 and 210 temp, now it runs 2100 at 55 and stays a cool 195-200.
