Thats too funny.. a mini van at that !
We had to do a C section.. It was a boy!!
:woot:
its a blue oval raptor
Wheeler in van yeah!! PICS!
Well my motor in my truck last year was blowing oil out of the breather caps. Thats what made that HUGE mess on the front of your truck :( (sorry again) But i think we came up with the solution of checking the rings.. SO were gonna tear that apart again.. rebuild it the way it should have been the first time.. haha
nice yeah i remember that now.... will plan A of the chevelle motor is not gonna work out so im on to plan B.... went out back and got a fuelly motor out of my motor pile and tore in to it. not gonna be anything to brag about but will get me back on the road. and i might just leave it a dirt ball too. go with the photena look. drillin the intake today so it fits the fuelly heads.
Looks cool bein dirty! On the road and dirtballs FTW! Making progress tho! SaWeet!
yeah its been awhile sense i played with a small block. hogged the intake last night, and got it bolted on valve covers on fuel pump, water pump and afew pullys.
looks like progress is going good mister,,,se it on the road soon
well it hit the road yesterday.... (saterday) must have some stuck rings from sitting a little smokey... and test drive was not good sprong a leak in the oil pan..... got it welded up and back on the road today. runns reallly good, and smooth for getting crazy with the grinde on the intake and making the carb intake fit the fuelly motor. now to kill the drive shaft vib and finsh up the mods to the 700R4????? and it should be good for a bit. fingures crossed...... im not a tranny man or a supper motor wizered but im givin it my all..... Farm Country Customs for the WIN!!!
"I HOPE" ;)
nice work mister,,settin up a cruize as we speak
wow! Your quick! FCC FTW!!
sweet sounds good. hope to have all the bugs worked out by then. tranny parts are on the way!! maybe have that in and rockin by then too.
lookin good!!!
Watcha doing to ur tranny?? Looks nice sittn in there! The motor
well it looks RUSTY and TRUSTY but we'll see. still smoky but the vibe is not the drive shaft looks like the tranny is going in before it hits the road again..
tranny is a 700R4 electronic over drive that im gonna put a manual lock up kit in. ;) and should match up to the rest of my cluster motor mess and get rid of the vib....
we'll see............... ???
Parts came!! Put the Torque lock-up kit in last night all in all pretty easy.. there is not much to it change a pressure valve and splice in a new wire harness, and wire in the vacume control switch. now if it works ??? ill know after this weekend. photos dont show much but.
That kind of stuff I've never dove into... whole new world. Hope it all works out for ya!!
Looks pretty good to me.....but I don't know anything!
well its in it moves 65mph and 2.000 rpm.... much better then 3000rpm at 55mph.. but still have a nasty vibe... and its the flywheel so i get to pull it all apart again and change out that before i tare up the tranny pump. never ending....
You run wheel spacers on that thing, right? Ever had any issues with them? Thinking about getting me some.
yep i do. scary big one in the front!! they are 3'' have not had an issue. "knock on wood" mine are billet with studs in them and then they bolt to the rotor. the said these were much better then super long studs that run throw the spacer to the wheel. i think i paid 165.00 an ebay 4 yeasrs ago. hope that helps ya...
