Wish I was "ready".  Got a carb to rebuild, so hopefully it runs after I get done with it.

Put it back on the truck and it ran basically the same.  Didn't think to take it off then, but I'm getting it delivered to me in the Cities sometime tomorrow.  Scored a rebuild kit IN STOCK at an O'reilly's down here in MPLS so I can get at it before the weekend.  Kinda gonna be a crap shoot this Friday when I bolt it back on, but crossing my fingers that she'll come back to life again.

Nah, he's bringing it down here tomorrow.  Got the kit in hand already.  Hoping to bust it out in an evening (or two) during the week so it's ready to rock when we head up there.  Gotta find a bucket of carb cleaning solvent now.  My pa said they usually sell 'em at Napa or something.  A metal bucket with a little strainer thing built in that you let all the parts soak in.  Gonna search for one of those tomorrow and get to it.

No crap.  The dudes with all the bagged S10's and whatnot, right?  They'll be a little outta place with all of our un-shiny beasts, tho.
